What if our dreams were a good indicator of the direction to take and that it was our own responsibility to make it happen?
It took me 10 years to understand…
After working hard to get the degrees, the high paid job, the white flat with the mountain view and the steady life. Just at this moment…When I finally thought : “I had it all”…
Life made me pay the bill for daring to stop challenging myself and settling down for less than my full potential.
I was so scared to act upon my dreams that life took away the only thing I couldn’t expect…My health. At 26, I had an accident where Doctors told me I could never do my sport again (I tore two ligaments in my knee in a jumping park…We only have four of them).
This was few years ago, even if I had nothing to hold on to at that moment, I chose to believe I would do my sport again despite whatever “experts” would say. Not only have I healed totally without surgery, but this event made me realize that I actually had a huge untapped potential and that my limiting beliefs (fears) were actually stopping me from reaching higher levels. Since then, I made myself two promises. Not only will I kick pads again, but I will also reach my full potential in all areas of my life that are important to me despite my fears and limiting beliefs.
As I understood that people only change by inspiration or desperation, I wish you to be inspired and go after your full potential too. At the end, we all choose between discipline or regrets; there is no in between. From this, let me tell you my first insight : if our dreams don’t scare us, it’s because they are not big enough.
The only way to reach our full potential is to aim for what is deep inside of us (our reason why). We all have different abilities, talents and dreams. We should focus on working hard on what comes easy to us, because we can all achieve much more than what we think and everything relies on our habits and our mindset.
Once the destination is clear, the price to pay is easy.
This is why I encourage you to aim higher, because it might take some time but if you really want it you will reach it.
Any goals that are in our heart are here for a reason, and this reason is for us to become the person we need to become to reach it.
Fears are totally normal in the process, but all of those who made extraordinary things are just ordinary people doing the same thing over and over without listening to the voice saying they’re not enough.
Every insight I’m giving you is backed up with psychological and empirical studies. All of them are based on how I experienced the changes through my life to becoming who I am today. I chose to share these insights because I’m someone who was lucky to be surrounded by high achievers that mentored me a lot unconsciously because of my sport (Muay Thai). In my personal life I had to learn the hard way that we either change by inspiration or desperation, and I wish for you to be inspired and to not wait to become who you truly are.
" We can all achieve our full potential no matter where we start, but it's up to us to commit ourselves to daily improvements and consistency. For me, discipline and self-reliance are the highest form of self-love and I truly wish to inspire people to love themselves so much their results will be inevitable."

P.S : these insights are totally free and are meant for people that are willing to pay the price of discipline to reach their goals. It’s not a competition and there is not such thing as big or small goals, as long as they are fully yours and that they require you to become the best version of yourself, then you’re winning.
